Note: POM4RAPBI In the Protectorate, a correspondence between the Czecho-Slovak government in London and the resistance movement in the protectorate, which is politically highly informative, has been recorded by the secret state police a few weeks ago in a communist group. While a letter from the so-called Czecho-Slovak Minister of War General I n g r and a letter of response from the resistance movement are not suitable for publication, a recorded letter from Dr. B e n e s c h is in substantial parts propagandistically very favorable exploitable. The Reichaführer-4 described this material as extremely significant and brought it to the attention of the Führer. He also approved that Secretary of State H-Group Leader 2 F r a n k announced parts of this letter in a speech in Prague on 26.2.43. From the Reichsführer-i this well-known - give of the letter as a prelude to a treatment of the entire matter - was intended by the Reich Propaganda. This propagandistic possibility, however, has so far been taken up by the imperial propagan- since in no way, possibly because - - - because of very short-term setting up of the rally Reichsminister Dr. G o e b b e l s about the planned announcement doT could only be informed immediately before the taking place of the rally. Reichsminister Dr. Goebbels received the original text of the Benesch letter on the day after the rally with the approval of the Reichsführer-4. In spite of all the indications of the Reich's protector, nothing has been done about the propaganda ministry. The Rr-4 therefore approved 33 of the proposal of i-group leader, Secretary of State Frank n A, that the matter should now be referred again from his side 9 e é 9 brs to the Reichspropaganda minister d B, and that is that the RF-bj has ordered that this be done by the head of the security police and the SD. At the same time, Rr-f, the Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Germany, intends to send a letter to the Federal Minister for Diplomatic Disclosure.
