In a number of cases, the attempt is likely to prevent the active members of the Wehrmacht or retired reservists, workers etc. from fulfilling their duty to the fatherland. However, the greatest opportunity for the communist-Marxist endeavours is the DAF with its subsidiary organizations as a result of its pulp and anchoring in all companies. Years ago, the Comintern issued the slogans, into the National Socialist organizations, such as the German Labour Front, the Nazi Party, air protection, etc. and to subvert them from the inside. Therefore, any anti-state endeavours within the DAF and its subsidiary organizations, i.e. practically in all enterprises, must be given the greatest attention, where it is also important to determine whether and to what extent early communist, Marxist, democratic and trade union officials are active in influential positions of the Daf and its affiliates or occupy other administrative posts. In the future, therefore, it is necessary to report in the case of arrests of everyone whether the accused are members of the DAF or its subsidiary organisations, as well as whether and what functions they have exercised. Furthermore, it is necessary to report on their former political position and trade union activity, as well as on their economic situation (labour pay), in this context I refer particularly to the decree of the Chief of the Security Police of 3.9.39 - PP II No 223/39 No. 4 concerning the principles of internal state security during the war. In addition, the observation' of the communist and Marxist decomposition activity has to be carried out also on the Wehrmacht, labor camps, military associations, camps of those obliged to work and the police, for which purpose I ask to keep close contact with the aforementioned units.
