46 Copy of transcript! The Upper Land Council Prague I, 7 January 194l No. II/75503 Moldovan Lands 4. To the Central Office for Jewish Emigration Emigrating Fund for Bohemia and Moravia, in P r a g , XVIII Schillstrasse l1. Subject: Rental of Jewish dwellings. The deputy director of the Bohemian Union Bank, Willy H u f s k y , has applied to me for the lease of the single-family house in Prague IV, Gollstrasse 3, owner Jude Dr. Pick. Hufsky is a participant in the World War and has not had his own apartment for 6 years due to the conditions at that time. Since Hufsky now also has to admit his 7o-year-old sick mother into his household, he cannot remain in the up to date apartment and applies for the family house in Prague Iv, Gollstrasse 3. Supposedly Hufski already submitted a corresponding request there on 18.12.194o. I ask for help. Notice whether measures have already been taken for the purchase of the Jewish single-family house in Prague IV, Gollstrasse 3 and whether it is possible to rent this house to Hufsky. If from there it is not possible to accommodate the Hufsky in the house in question, I ask for information on whether concerns are raised against the establishment of a trustee and rental of the house to Hufski.
