Any person who has made false statements within the meaning of Article I punishable by other criminal penalties before the date of delivery of this Regulation shall be free of impunity if the false statements are corrected within three months of the date on which this Regulation is issued. The competent authorities shall adopt more detailed measures concerning the type of correction and shall also extend to administrative measures. 2. This shall not apply where a complaint has been lodged or an investigation has been initiated against the offender. 2
