5S Since the protectorate's establishment, the state's assets are no longer uniform in one hand, but -as far as the assets are concerned, which are dedicated to the defence of the state or still to be dedicated to - the empire has become more wealthy, a simple transfer of land is no longer sufficient, rather, in accordance with § 6 of the Law of 29.3.1935, a transfer of ownership is necessary. The request for the transfer of ownership to the aforementioned parcels is therefore necessary and justified for the reason that the basic principles are necessary for the defence of the state, which is hereby confirmed in full with § 1, paragraph 5 of the Act. The necessary buildings have also been built. As far as individual parcels of the site belong to private individuals or the city of Brno, separate application will be made to the district authority (Magistrate of the City of Brno) according to § 3 of the law.
