531 - 2 Infringements are punished with penitentiary. In lighter cases can be recognized on prison. The reception facilities used are collected. § 2 Anyone who distributes messages from foreign channels, which are suitable to endanger the resistance of the German people, is punished with prison, in particularly serious cases with death. § 3 The provisions of this Ordinance do not apply to the special courts which are called upon in the exercise of the service. § 4 The special courts are competent for the negotiations and decision in the event of an infringement of this Regulation. s§ The prosecution on the basis of §§ 1 and 2 takes place only at the request of the state police departments. § 6. The Reichsminister für Volksaufklärung und Propaganda (Reichsminister for People's Enlightenment and Propagandism) shall lay down the laws, regulations and administrative provisions necessary for the implementation of this Regulation, in so far as criminal proceedings are concerned, in agreement with the Reichs Minister of Justice. § The decree shall enter into force with its announcement.
