This results in an incredible disorientation, which in the end takes refuge in an inappropriate humor, in typical jokes, in the ridicule of the most serious and important questions of life, often in unmanageable form and expression. It is absolutely necessary for the Czech people and their representatives to remember these facts and to bring about a speedy improvement. Our task will be to minimize, in a suitable way, the good eating habits of perfection, further positive qualities of further development, poor egenencies of their descent. This will certainly not succeed at once and immediately, but will require time and patience. As soon as this first task will be fulfilled, mutual trust will grow again, the Czech will be able to speak openly with the Cheohen and without backsliding, and will enjoy full respect and trust on the part of the Germans. ad.3. In order to enable fruitful and continuous cooperation, it is still absolutely necessary to settle with the old democratic-liberalist regime even because it was selfish to serve only the interests of individual electors and did not prove able to lead the people, on the contrary, it contributed to the demise of many states throughout Europe. Our task will be to clarify the locality in this respect and, by means of concrete evidence, to point out all that was done to the people to the detriment of them.
