hX Annex 3 Ordinance of 9 April 1942 on the extension and tightening of criminal protection against the presumption of office (RGBl.I p.174). § 1 (1) Anyone who knowingly surrenders himself as a member of the German police or of one of their auxiliary organs or as a family member of German Wehrmacht when committing a crime will be punished with death, in less serious cases with a penitentiary. 2. Where an offence or act is committed which, under previous Austrian law, constitutes a criminal offence, it shall be recognised as a prison or prison. § 2 (1) In § 132 of the Reichsstrafgesetzbuch the words "with prison for up to one year or with a fine" are replaced by "with jail, in serious cases with penitentiary". (2) § 132 in the Reichskrimgesetzbuch also applies in Reichsgau- en Wien, Kärnten, Niederdonau, Oberdonau , Salzburg, Steiermark, Tirol and Vorarlberg. (3) § 199 Buchst. (b) and Article 334 of the Austrian Criminal Code of 27 May 1852 (RGBl. No. 117), as amended by Article II(8) of the Law of 19 June 1934 (R GBl. II No. 77), are repealed.
