hX Annex 3 Ordinance of 9 April 1942 on the extension and tightening of criminal protection against the presumption of office (RGBl.I p.174). § 1 (1) Anyone who knowingly surrenders himself as a member of the German police or of one of their auxiliary organs or as a family member of German Wehrmacht when committing a crime will be punished with death, in less serious cases with a penitentiary. 2. Where an offence or act is committed which, under previous Austrian law, constitutes a criminal offence, it shall be recognised as a prison or prison. § 2 (1) In § 132 of the Reichsstrafgesetzbuch the words "with prison for up to one year or with a fine" are replaced by "with jail, in serious cases with penitentiary".
