Rechtsbelehrung. (a) According to the decree of the Hauptamt 4-Journal of 15 July 1940, those subject to the special jurisdiction must be regularly informed by the leaders of the units and the directors of the departments of the department of criminal offences and their consequences; it must also be ensured by the courts that this is not forgotten.
