STATE SECRETARY FOR THE RUSSIAN PROTECTOR IN THINGS AND IN MORAVA, PRAGUE, inv. 1975, sig. 109-6/67
English Translation
Compulsory of the engagement and marriage order in war, however, the purpose and purpose of each marriage are the children who, according to the selection of the 4 also represent a selection of our people. It is not to be blamed that today's generation, which has taken racial thought as the guiding principle of its actions, binds its blood with racially, hereditaryly or characterly inferior families and thereby lets it perish. And it is further impossible to answer if, in the time of the great victims of the best German men for any external reasons, no or insufficient children are born to the families in order to preserve the selection-sippes, just because a -man failed to direct his actions according to the religious gestures of the Reichsführer-7ł. For we must be clear about this, the life of our people depends on whether or not our women give the people the necessary high-quality offspring. Especially the best Nordic clans, not only Germany, but also the other Germanic peoples, have only an exceptionally low birth rate to mark, while the peoples of the East produce twice and three times the number of children. All victories of our soldiers are of no use, all blood sacrifices are in vain unless our children and grandchildren close the gaps in our people, unless the young worker, peasant and soldier can take up the inheritance of our generation. The more valuable a family is, the higher the birth rate must be, only then will the spiritual highness of our people be preserved. From the knowledge of our ancestors we must assess the value of our blood. If we consider it valuable for the people, then we also have the duty not to let it die out, but then we must ensure that this blood continues to feed pure and clean in the veins of healthy German people after centuries. All members of the Reichsführer-4 have at the same time the obligation to comply with the engagement and marriage orders. Each member, regardless of whether he is a member of the armed forces or of the general, has to follow this order. He has to search the engagement- and marriage permit before marriage with the Reichführers-7, race- and settlement chief office. As long as he has not been authorized to marry from there, he must not let himself be married. It makes no difference whether the marriage is to follow by normal or by way of remote entrustment. The authorization of the unit leader alone is not sufficient. With regard to the fundamentality of the engagement and marriage order, its non-compliance can be interpreted as disobedience and accordingly punished in court. f3-Brigadeführer Heider. 87
