Note. 1erdiinnsdmxude-ee The Transport Group has at the moment taken the view that it would be necessary to clarify which post should be paid definitively by Minister Havelka under the 22.1.194o sign of St. S. 71/4o RM 1l.2oo. The group considered that the amount could not be charged to the Czech budget. The establishment of railway protection was an exclusively German matter. It was only necessary to decide whether the Wehrmacht or the police had to pay the costs. On the other hand, I believe that it is important to take the view that the implementation of railway protection has also been in the interests of the protectorate railways and that it therefore seems appropriate if the amount of RM ll.2oo.- is borne by the Czech budget. The amount represents half of the costs incurred by the establishment and implementation of the railway protection. If this point of view were joined, it would be possible to report to the other higher place, rather the process could be taken to the files. 2.)
