(b) in the case of Pol. administrative officers of the Pol: schools, educational institutions, (i) and Pol. hospitals in the Pol. state hospitals, provided that they have been subordinated to the commander or the leading physician within the meaning of § 2 para.5 sentence 2 of the DBG. (3) On the other hand, the Pol. administrative officers of a Pol. administration or a higher Verw. authority, who, on behalf of and within the scope of the competence of their authority, have only to provide for a pol. unit, a pol . association or the protection pole (gend.) in the site, are not covered by the special jurisdiction of the police force. This also applies if these pol.-administrative officers are the commander of the Schutzpol.
