The birth failure of the World War II and post-war years will have a particularly adverse effect on the future. A large part of the existing German offspring freed themselves by emigration from the politically and economically oppressive conditions of the last decade. The biolegical decline of the scattered German in Moravian-Weißkirchen can be clearly seen. The establishment of the Protectorate was attended by only eight children. Of the more than 8oo Germans living in this city, only about 2oo are younger. German children and young people are hardly to be met in Moravians-Weilkirchen. The professional and social structure of the scattered German language in the OLB Olmütz is different locally. While, for example, in the Kremsier district about 3o to 4o % of the Germans are working as workers in the Wehrmacht, the German working people in Proßnitz mainly consist of employees of the community and the private sector. German traders are only weakly represented and have lost any professional initiative in addition to the material basis due to the years of struggle for existence in Czech surroundings; their bad operating conditions make it impossible to attract them to greater exposure, e.g. the Wehrmacht, who demand an accelerated execution. The lack of rapid and rapid aid has particularly affected these Germans. Since the property is mainly in Czech hands, the almost complete absence of scattered German peasantry has a very adverse effect on the people's political situation. The proportion of scattered German in the agricultural sector is essentially limited to employed and civil servants in large-scale property. These are mostly Germans who, despite an open commitment to Germanism, were only able to maintain themselves on the basis of outstanding professional achievements during the last twenty years of need.
