9a 2 - 3.) Behaviour of the government police and the protectorate gendarmerie. The service of the Czech police and gendarme leaves still to be desired. On their own initiative they rarely intervene, their partial failure in the transport=education and the supervision of the trade in creeps is remarkable. The traffic education= days did not have the hoped-for success accordingly. Police and gendarmerie behave - especially in recent times - extremely correct, politely accommodating towards German uniform carriers, but still maintain strict restraint. 4.) Economic situation. The economic situation of industry, commerce and agriculture is still relatively good. On the other hand, it is bad for workers, employees and small civil servants. Many things of daily life are considerably more expensive than in the old world. The lack of pork, vegetables and fruit persists. The quality of bread is still bad. The harvest is better according to the views of peasant circles than in the previous year. The potato harvest is in full swing and promises to become good. Critics about potato shortages are no longer loud. Disorders appear in the meat supply. In different places only 50 % of the meat and sausages were allocated. 5.) Special use of the police.
