Czerninpalais _ YOUR SYMBOLS : YOUR SCREAMING FROM: OUR SYBLE: DAY: Int.Th/S 5 August 1942 REFERENCES: IN THE RESPONSIBLE I present the financing plan for the Czech part of the broadcasting group for the financial year from 1.4.1942 - 3l.3.1943. tC d d I would like to see the more detailed specification from the submitted plan. From this money requirement are covered by the previous fee share to be paid by the Protectorate Post • RM 5,421,700.- so that RM_3,597,800.- must be requested for the current financial year. The starting point for the consideration of the financial situation of the broadcasting group is the relationship with the Reichs-Radio-Gesellschaft. The Reichs-Rundfunk-Gesellschaft has in principle refused to provide financial resources for the Czech broadcasters, since it is on the point that the Czech stations have to be received from protectorate funds. On the other hand, funds of the Czech channels are not provided for the transmitter Bohemia, the transmitter Böhmen receives its budget from Berlin. To some extent, reliefs in favour of the Czech stations take place via the transmitter Bohemia, e.g. the salaries of German members serving in the Czech channels run through the transmitter Böhmen; also recently an orchestra from the household of Prague has been re-detached in the budget of Bohemia. I would stress this simply because it may be possible to believe that ALL of them are ONLY APPROPRIATE TO THE ADDRESS OF THE SENDER GROUP BY PRAG XI AND NOT TO SPECIFIC PERSONS
