51 - 2 - price monitoring body , but only a corresponding protectorate . On 26.09.194l, two officials: the abbot "H" and a German official of the price monitoring office in Budweis jointly visited P r o c h a z k a to ask him for the assistance of an official, as they were to conduct searches in Prague in a fraud-trafficking case handled by the German criminal police - field service le Budwies. The presentation of the officials by Dr. P r o c h á z- k a said: "K l i m e s c h and K o c m o u d of the police department of Budweis and a control body of the German price monitoring office of Budwies". When the spokesman Klimesch had hardly spoken out the words "German price monitoring agency", P r o c h á z k a sniffed at the officials with the words that there was no German price monitoring body here in the Protectorate, but only a German price formation body. Even when the official apologised for having expressed himself badly, Pr o c h á z k a did not change his behaviour. When the officials subsequently asked for support from Pr O c h a z ka in their official acts, they were rejected by the words that no officials were available. According to the German official involved, P r o c h á z k a has maintained such an arrogant and degrading tone throughout the whole discussion that the final adoption of the officials can only be regarded as an unofficial expulsion. Even the two protectorate officials had expressed themselves very absolutly about the inadequacy of the Pr o c áz k a. P r o e h á z k a, in his questioning, admits that on 6 September 1994 he made the statement that there was no clear price monitoring body, but only a corresponding protectorate authority. As justification for his behaviour, he states that among the protectorate officials the custom had developed, when seeking assistance ./.
