General: The control actions for the collection of cereals in 1942 in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia were completed with 30.3.1943. The controls were carried out in accordance with the given directives. Each control group was assigned one, in special cases two German gendarmes. Furthermore, in each control group 1 - 2 gendarme of the protectorate gendarmerie were inserted. In the district of Moravia,- Budwitz the protectory gendarma was not involved in the operation, because allegedly an order for this was not given. Apart from the ordered coal rolls, special actions were carried out in the various districts under the direction of the German Riminal Police, in which units he used protective police in strength of 20 - 50 men each. The inspections carried out were generally smooth and without special incidents. Only in the district of Neubijahov there was a disparity in the fact that the control group of the Bohemian-Märische Grainwirtschaftsverband under the direction of the contrellurs Malkowsky and under the presence of the criminal assistant nettler from the criminal police in Prague allowed itself attacks against those peasants who had not accurately checked the provisions on the grain delivery. The result of this was a complaint by the peasants to the Oberlandrat - Inspector of the Reichsprotektor - in Königgrätz. The criminal officer Nettler was subsequently dismissed from the further participation in the control actions by telephonic means on 4.2.1943. Nothing is known here about the further course of this matter. II. 115
