English Translation
G - 3 the new Europe's intellectual foundations, not only from its struggle, but also from the honest cooperation of the other outstanding European players. It is up to us to understand the importance of the tasks that the Great German Empire places on our capital and that we also, through our own spiritual efforts, have been able to prove that we are worthy of this distinction and honor. The spiritual development of our people and the most educated intellectual minds that emerged from the Czech people give us the right to hope that the function of Prague in the New Europe will be preserved. Numerous Czech invited personalities participated in the Vortrsg at the Prague Castle, who are aware of their commitment to the work of the New Europe, by their own strength and to the honor of our nation.
