Annex E/ 97 District Authority in Schüttenhofen. Z. 1244/41 Pres. ad. On 7th October 1941. To the Confidential. Ministry of the Interior, Prague. To Z. 27.215/194l of 3.0ktober 1941 Subject: Implementation of the raid. Report. Without installations. The raid carried out there on the basis of the decree of 5th September 1941, Z.27.215/41- ll had no positive success. Only the following was noted: During the raid on 22.09.194l the couple Stanislaus and Marie Pod-lipský (according to their own German nationality) came to the train station in Schüttenhofen at about 2 p.m., which carried a large basket and 2 larger suitcases. As with other people, there was a suspicion that they had stored items in the basket and in the suitcases that were subject to the controlled economy, the Podlipský couple was asked by the master of staff Franz Štastný to open the basket for inspection. The Podlipský couple, however, did not respond to this request, and Marie Podlipsky began shouting in German that she would not be searched by Czech gendarmes and that she will complain to the Reich Protector. However, the Podlipské shouted so much that they would be asked "in the name of the law" to conduct properly.
