82 - 2 - the Ministry of Agriculture, however, continues to apply with regard to the pursuit of the trade in food and feed in accordance with the special provisions laid down in this respect. 2. The Ministry of Commerce entrusts pursuant to § l0 of Reg.Vdg.Slg.No. 150/1939 as amended by Reg. Vdgs. Coll. Nos.153, 442 and 447/1940 the district authorities, the primator of the capital Prague and the directors of the cities of Brno, Olomouc and Moravian-Ostrava with the supervision within the meaning of § 7 of the Reg.Vdg., with the exception of the large enterprises, which the Ministry of Commerce will continue to provide through its organs. 3. The Supreme Prize Authority transfers according to § 4 of the Reg. No. 12l/1939, as amended by Reg.Vdg.No. 189/l940 to the district authorities, the primator of the capital Prague and the government commissaries of the cities of Brno, Olomouc and Moravian-Ostrava the competence with regard to the supervision of the formation of the prices of goods and services of all kinds as well as all charges (§ 1, para.l, the cit. (b) the monitoring of the prices of goods and services, as well as of charges, provided that these prices and charges are determined as fixed or maximum (maximum) prices; an exception is the supervision of prices of products and services and of charges in production sites, wholesale and special establishments determined by the Supreme Price Authority individually or in the category;
