Annex D) X Circular. (Draft) The Ministry of the Interior, in agreement with the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry for Trade, Industry and Commerce, the Department of Public Works and the Supreme Prize Authority, shall determine: I. Transfer of powers. 206/39 to the district authorities, the primator of the capital Prague and to the government commissioners of the cities of Brno, Olomouc and Moravian Ostrava the monitoring (§ 1, para.2, of the cit.Vdg.) of compliance with the measures taken to ensure the supply of the population with those in § 6 of the Cit.Reg. (b) transfers to the authorities (institutions) referred to in (a) the authorization provided for in Article 6 of the Act of Accession. (c) revokes its decree of 16 November 1939, Z.79,583-IV/39, by which the transfer of the measures to ensure the supply of the population with those laid down in § 6 of the Cit. In the case of products referred to above, the national authorities were entrusted with the task of providing price monitoring services to the national administrations.
