Everyone read the last speech of the leader, in which the said is emphasized several times. As a result, we must unconditionally demand that all our institutions not only fulfil their duties, but that, according to the facts given, they finally establish all their activities and also their entire private life; it is perhaps not possible to immediately eliminate certain views which individual persons mistakenly regard as patriotism. However, under no circumstances can our institutions identify with similar views, since they are primarily subject to the full seriousness of the present day. None of us, nor any of the subordinates, must allow any more undue criticism, must in no way assist in the dissemination of whisper propaganda, and must never, once and for all, not participate in such actions through his passive behaviour. Such actions must not be done by our organ if he wants to remain such an organ. The superiors of all are not only allowed to "work" there in the law firms, but must actually lead the bodies entrusted to them personally, since otherwise the seriousness of the circumstances and the consequences of an unfaithful performance of duty would also fall to them to the fullest extent. The Minister asks that his words be interpreted as a final invitation, but also as categorical and uncompromising invitation, because otherwise, in his capacity as Minister of the Interior, no one should expect any support or consideration.
