- 7 - 59 - I intend to order the district authorities and magistrates to immediately exempt all legal, actuarial and accounting staff, law firms and employees: unless they are indispensable in other units, for the purpose of carrying out the supply and food agenda, in order to carry out the economic function; (b) order the district governors, in agreement with the gendarmerie district commanders, to determine the number of gendarme organs entrusted solely with the supervision of the economic surveillance service and the search service for the spree of the district and to carry out the service in civilian clothing for that purpose; (c) authorize the district captains and magistrates to impose, if necessary, the obligation on the branches of the Bohemian-Moravian market associations existing in their spreen, to temporarily provide them with the control services of their association.
