Sder A) Voluntary declaration (8.12. to 15.12.1941): The approximately 300,000 cereal growers in the Protectorate had between 8.12. and 15.12.1941 the quantities of cereals which they had in respect of the quantities indicated in the self-assessment, to be re-registered to the municipal office and to offer the quantities released for self-sufficiency, seed, winter cereals, feed and services in kind to the commissioners for the obligatory purchase. - 2o.12.1941 have shown that a considerable part of the farmers probably offered their surpluses to the commissioners, but left it under= to reimburse the required correction to the public office, which is why the quantities actually offered for the time being appeared to be kept secret.
