The Protocols were then sent to the local authorities responsible for verifying the accuracy of the Protocols. They had to immediately forward the protocols to the Grain Association in Prague, which had to arrange for the immediate transmission to the German Criminal Police for the implementation of the necessary measures in criminal matters. For the district authorities located in their territories, the departments of the German Ariminal Police were responsible for supervising these bodies. In addition, for Bohemia and Mühren, a "flying commando" of the Deutsche Kriminalpolizei was set up separately, consisting of a Crimean commissioner and two officials with a car. I was assigned to lead this command. On the basis of the experience of the first week, which will be discussed later, from 8.l2.42 onwards, the control bodies of the cereal band assigned to the district authorities were withdrawn, grouped into 9 men with one group leader each and brought to certain places for group use, due to the fact that there are records available for the cereal group. These groups were drawn up after consultation of the Head of the Special Economic Command, I-Obersturmbannführer S o w a , with the competent masters of the Min. of the Interior and of the Grain Association. II. Implementation of the action: In the vision on 27.11. and 28.11.1942 the seconded bodies were particularly pointed out to the importance of their duties and asked to see in every respect their service in a fit and careful manner. In Prague I pointed out myself to these demands and emphasized in particular the consequences for each individual resulting from negligent fulfilment of duties.
