Flying command for Bohemia Prague, 11.12.1942. the KPLSt.Prague reports on the grain controls carried out in the period v.27.1l. -l0.l2.42. As in this year, just as in previous years, the declarations of the crop yields of this year by the cereal farmers showed that the declared best people corresponded only in the rarest stables to the actual yields, the farmers of the Protectorate Bohemia and Moravia were given the opportunity to register hidden herds again until 28.l0.42 after the first self-assessment. The results of these surveys could not, as a whole, correspond to the actual stocks either. In discussions with the Head of the Special Economic Command, T-Obersturmbannführer S o w a , and with the responsible heads of the Cereals Association, each of the authorities responsible for the provision of organs for the implementation of cereal controls and the preparation of control plans in which municipalities with strikingly low cereal declarations were to be given special consideration. I. Organisation: The control bodies designated by the district authorities were specially trained by appropriate teachers of the Grain Management Association on 27 November and 28 January in Prague and at their places of the Protectorate, taking into account the experience of the past year.
