I must nevertheless expect from all Germans in the Protectorate, and in particular those of my service, that this view will be dropped. I do not need to mention in particular the fact that the most brutal means will be used in the future, and I will in no way take any account of those persons who belong to a service under my authority. The heads of the services are personally responsible to me for making this point clear to each and every member of the department and also for ensuring that the relevant instructions are strictly followed in the future.
