XA - 7 - The districts of Freudenthal and Moravian-Schönberg, which have a lower average value than the other districts of the eastern Sudetengau, mainly include the relatively cheap places around the Old Father's Mountains. b. Prices for apartment, heating and lighting. At the time of the survey, the rental prices for workers' housing in the Sudetenland were generally much lower than in the Altreich and the Ostmark. In no case could it be established that housing rents in a municipality of Sudetensland were also only nearly as high as in the comparable municipalities of the Alt Reich and the Eastmark. The reasons for this were already mentioned. Even in the case of heating materials and bulbs, in a few cases higher values could be obtained for municipalities in the Sudetenland than for the comparative municipalities of the Altreichs and the Ostmark. This is probably largely due to the fact that different areas of the SuDEtenland larger coals - respectively. Lignite deposits, others have great forest wealth and therefore the prices of heating fuels are relatively low. C. In summary, the results of the Sudetenland price survey indicate that the price level in the municipalities covered by the survey was almost consistently below that of the sites of the Old Kingdom and the Eastern Mark, which were used for comparison, particularly for the most important group of prices covered by this survey, namely food. Different price ranges could be distinguished. Once the expensive industrial area around Reichenberg and Gablonz, then the likewise relatively expensive areas, which extend to the west to the bathing area, to the east over the rest of the western Sudetengaue, continue the two areas which also have about the same price structure, namely the entire eastern Sudetgau and the southern part of the Western Sudetensgaue and finally the cheapest areas in the south, in the areas that came to the Gauen Bavarian Ostmark, Upper and Lower Danube.
