For political reasons, it would appear appropriate to allow only those who have completed their studies in the future, in addition to those who are still available so far. This would mean that in future the number of Czech students in the Iaufe region of approx. 4 years up to about 2800 on average. a) It is expedient to interest the minister of the Reich Speer for the Czech offspring in the interest of the war economy and approach him, by a generous barracks building to create the housing conditions for a study, these barracks represent small boarding schools. At its head is a wealthy Czech chosen by the local State Ministry, with a German so-called scientific advisor at his side. This advisor must, as far as possible, be qualified by a completed academic education and found politically appropriate by the responsible student leadership. In these boarding schools, each Czech has to spend the first three semesters of his studies. Subsequently, he enters into the general, as previously practiced student care. New in-depth guidelines are being prepared about the latter. (b) If the former solution is not possible, it should be useful to set up larger boarding schools at a few suitable university locations in agreement with the competent management, but in which, in addition to a Czech householder and a German scientific adviser, a number of German students are also politically resident. (c) The last, however, would be the possibility of setting up the boarding schools referred to under (b) in the higher education cities of Prague and Brno. However, the measures to be taken would require a thorough review. The prerequisite for successful implementation of the above-mentioned proposals is the provision by the Reichsstudentenführer of executives. b.W.
