They usually emphasize political uninterestedness. The opposite may be true. In general, the operational and political situation of the Reich is not expected to improve in general. b) Probation in terrorist attacks. As mentioned above, the Czech students are quite up to the demands of terrorist attacks on German university cities and are to a large extent characterized by their attitude. (Munich Karls-ruhe, Leipzig, Frankfurt). c) Scholarship and reaction to social promotion. The reaction to the extensive social promotion remained positive. However, it was taken for granted. The origin of the funds (from the protectorate etat) "legitimates" the right of complete intervention, so to speak. Therefore the Czechs tend to use the funds completely. d) Response to the treatment in the camaraderie. The treatment of Czechs in the comradeships has not changed substantially in relation to the winter semester 1943/4. The political impact of the comrades and thus the ability to act in a successful manner also in a national politics had not yet had the expected radical success in the summer semester 1944. Nevertheless, there were no very negative events. e) The old rule. The old masters are still reserved or even opposed to the tasks of the Czech studies on average. The information I have requested has not yet been carried out, and now it should be futile because of the use of the "old men". f) Czech physicians. The problem of the doctoral studies of Czech students and the permission to lead this doctorate had become even more burning in the summer semester 1944 than in the winter semester 1943/44. It had therefore to be assumed almost as a redemption that now also by a decision of the German Minister of State for Bohemia and Moravia this question was solved or clarified. It is now clear that according to §11 of the Räo dirch, the Czech doctors who pass the final examination will be revocably admitted to medical work by the Reich Minister of the Interior.
