The formal aspect has to resign here as well as on all offers of the foreign people's policy. So far the agreement has been established with the following points: 1. Security police commander for state police surveillance, 2nd security service for political influence and intelligence, 3rd representative of the Foreign Office, who sees in this association a level of care for foreigners living in Prague, 4. Secretary-General for Higher Education at the German Minister of State of Higher Education, 5th President of the Central Association of Industry, in view of the need to establish economic relations between German and foreign academics instead of the hitherto existing relations of foreigners with Czech circles, 6. Head of the Special Department of Cultural Policy at the German State Office for Bohemia and Moravia with regard to the removal of foreigners from Czech influence. The Special Department has also agreed to make it possible to create a central centre by providing the rooms of the café "Lumir".
