English Translation

The RFM considers that the remuneration provided for in the plan of the State Ministry in not a few official (teacher) groups went beyond the Reich's remuneration. It was therefore necessary to make a larger number of cuts in order to avoid the excess of the Reich's salaries. It should be admitted that there were overlaps with the Reichsreceipts in the original case=. These overlaps were partly due to the current remuneration of the Protectorate, which goes beyond the Reichsreceipts, partly because of the difference in pay between the teachers and teachers, which is alien to protectorate law, as laid down in Reichsrecht. Moreover, in the opinion of the Reichsfinanzministerium, there was still overlap, because a more favourable comparison on the Reich side was chosen in the preparation of the new protectorate receipts than according to the guidelines on the compensation allowance. The overlaps, which thus occurred according to the Reich Ministry of Finance's opinion of 58914, were related to the final salary in 3l grades. After the discussions, this number fell to l8 stakes, since in l3 grades a more favourable evaluation of the autonomous civil servants' grades was accepted as original=. In the case of the remunerations, for which so= remained an overlap, in 5 cases the remuneration ejected by the State Ministry has been granted. In the remaining cases ( 13 ) the Reich= Ministry of Finance has demanded a reduction of the intended remuneration. This wish has been met when the new figures were drawn up. nsg 3. I-tdvop
