115 - 6 - a number of tables were drawn up, on which the following can be explained: 1.) It could not be the task of the Department of Justice - especially in view of the time available - to present all groups of benefactors in tabular form. The attached tables are therefore limited to the grades of the top group (service class I b), middle group (class III) and sub-group (sub-officials). However, this cross-section is likely to be sufficient. 2.) In the tables, the Reich salary is reduced only by the currently existing statutory retention of 6 %. On the other hand, the further reduction of lo %, as shown in the tables of the Central Statistical Office, has not been accepted in order not to distort the comparative picture. This percentage is only intended to show to what extent the protectorate salary could be improved without achieving the comparable Reich salary. Thus, the proż replacement is not yet a proposal, especially as such a largely dependent on political considerations. 3.) The additions to the protectorate content provided for in the tables range between 50% and 1%. Nevertheless, the final contributions do not remain insignificant among the comparable Reich salaries. Thus, it is likely that the proof is that the remuneration gain does not have to be satisfied with small and therefore ineffective increases. In individual stages, slight overlaps may occur with the Reich's salary, which, however, seem practically irrelevant, since in general the distance from the Reich officials is maintained. 4.) The percentage surcharges must be laid on basic salary and activity fee - with the judges also function fee -. The inflation supplement, which represents an anomaly, disappears. Even in cases where, for example, two grades of the Protectorate correspond to a single one of the Reich, the desired differentiation is maintained by the documents. On the other hand, any alignment with the Reich relations is avoided.
