Icoos Led. rancdenden ekicer Aussig, 27.10.1943. Brid der Sedce in toige Viererig inisteramt babone High Minister of State!: 29.0KT.1943 I very much apologise for allowing me to present to you, Your High Minister for State, the following request: On my request for a transfer back to the post office in Prague on 24.6.1942, to which also a statement by Mr Heinisch, a bookseller in Karlovy Vary, which was closed, I received a communication from Mr Reichsprotektor (Group Post) saying that my retransmission is not currently possible. At the beginning of March I had an oral consultation in Prague with the President of the Prague Postal Directorate,Ministerial Councillor Dr.Hroch, who explained to me that he needed German senior officials, since he had only one German clerk. On August 3rd, the President of the Aussiger Reichspostdirektion opened to me, which I have been assigned to since the Reichs Postdirektung in Karlovy Vary, that my return to the Protectorate Post administration is no longer an obstacle, however I would only be taken over as a postal council and should not expect any promotion. This was followed by a presentation at the Ministry of Transport (@ruppe Post) by Dr. Müller, Director-General. Already in 1940, as one of the first Sudeten German officials, I declared myself willing to return to the service of the Protectorate's post for the purpose of strengthening Germanism. Even today I am ready to exchange my present place of service Aussig with Prague, but I have to consider the following: Is it anyhow shameful, humiliating and insulting for me that I have been constantly presided over so far, it would have to be all the more shameful and oppressive for me if I, as a German, also remained in Prague as a postal council, while Czechs of my working group, who are both senior and senior, are promoted to senior post councils and appear to me.
