The case against the Pol. inspector Max R ü b e n a c k, -former staff Commander of the police order in the Protectorate of Bohemia - Moravia, now command of the Sehp. Hamburg - born 7 October 1886 in Hamburg, is terminated because of official suppression among other things. He was a member of the O.P.'s staff of the Protectorate of Bohemia - Moravia from around mid-March 1939 until July 1, 1939. He was accused of acquiring a large number of items from the Villa Bondy, which was confiscated for the police, during this period.The accused was removed from his service on 1 July 1939 due to this increase and the result of the search he had carried out in his home town of Hamburg. In the course of the further investigation, he was arrested on September 15, 1939; the day of the detention is no longer to be determined, but it is certain that Rübenack had been detained for about 4 to 5 months.
