8./ News clipping of the "PRAGER TAGBLATT" of 6.II.1938 on my appeal as a German to the Supreme Administrative Court. 9./ The attribution of the trade union of the German financial officials with higher education from 6.I.l938,of which I am a member since l920. l0./The confirmation of the census in l930. ll./Confirmation of why I stayed in the Október l938. 12./Legislation of the NsDAP /Ortsgruppe Messe/ Nr.7,l66,439. From these documents, my German nationality - from the very beginning - clearly shows that I was attacked by the Czechs as well and finally that the statements of the Czech Council of Ministers are deliberately untrue and hateful. Furthermore, I pointed out that my wife is a Czech citizen, but that since our marriage /l9z3/ we are only wrong in German society, that in autumn 1939 /see directory number 21,762 at the Oberlendrat in Prague/, my wife has become known to the German people, is a German national and member of the Nsv /ürtgruppe Mess/, attends all local group meetings, holds German magazines, has a subscription to the Deutsches Theater etc. Two of her sisters are married in the Sudetengau to old SDP men and party comrades whose children are with the members of the party or stand at the front. In my repeated consultations with Mr. Regierungsrat Dr. Pillat I have made myself content to present further documents - if necessary - which he did not consider necessary; he also called me to speak to other lords of the Reich protector in this matter, since the documents I have submitted speak for me. On April of the same year, I turned to Dr. Pillat, the Councillor of the Government, on the other hand, explaining to me my question that my cause is at the elevation stage, that he does not consider an audition necessary and that I should call him again in 1 4 days. The next day, April 4th, the year before, Mr. Dr.Pillat, the government councillor by Mr. Soukup, told me that I had received a registered letter from the Reichsprotector; on my call, Dr. Pillat briefly informed me that my appointment was postponed and that he could not please me. On April 5th, I received the decision of the Reichsprotektor dated March 27th, 194l No. I-1-c 5036, according to which my promotion procedure is discontinued and the matter is to be considered settled until further notice; a statement of reasons has not been given. With regard to the above mentioned and the documents submitted, I cannot explain to myself this execution at all,so less than my appointment by the Reichsprotector was first approved and now publicly rebutted on the basis of the above-mentioned statements of the Czech Council of Ministers, which I have refuted by supporting documents. Here I have to expressly note that among the Czechs of the Supreme Administrative Court it is said that Minister Dr.Havelka has misled my appointment. As a party comrade, I must have the right to defend myself against all the accusations to be communicated to me before, without looking back at what kind they are and from which side they come; it will not make me any trouble to clarify or refute them. Heil Hitler : Senate Council at the Supreme Administrative Court in Prague. Address : Dr.Wenzel K a b e s c h Prague VII, Goethestrasse 25.
