Taking into account this consent, I make an order that the management of the operation of this institute should transfer to the capital town of Prague on 1 February 1943 under the following conditions : 1/ All institutions and Objects owned by the Pro tectorate's school administration are loaned by the Ministry of Education and free of charge to the capital city of Prague. All material expenses, as well as the maintenance of the inventory of the Protectorate school administration, are borne by the capital Prague. 2/ The rent, including ancillary obligations, will be refunded quarterly by the Capital Prague of the protectorate school management. The amount of the rental interest will be reported to you by the National Authority in Prague, which will have to refund the rental rate and ancillary obligations. /
