24 3 to the Kulturverband der Deutschen must be pointed out that these school associations were not school support associations, but real school entertainment associations, to which, inter alia, with regard to the obligation to provide school entertainment, the school fees were also paid and which occasionally also received quite substantial subsidies from public funds. If all the authorities of these associations, which in most cases have made substantial mortgage commitments in favour of school buildings, were to pass on to a public institution, then it is logical, apart from the real estate and the school inventory, that the other assets should also be transferred to the new school owner, since they have to serve by their very nature the school entertainment. I therefore ask you to decide whether 1.) the basic assets directly dedicated to the Sehrule (school buildings, any play and sports fields) and the school inventory, as well as 2.) should transfer the other assets to the Kulturverband der Deutschen. In the case of the Pilsener Handelsakademie, the final rules will be applied depending on the failure of this decision. However, I would ask that it be allowed to be used in cases where the full acceptance of the vision and the school of a German school association by a public institution has already taken place. In conclusion, it should be noted that the following associations have still to be set up whose legal relationships have not yet been changed, with the rules governing the contracts for organisations (Group I / 12) at present. but also includes : 1.) Association for the maintenance and promotion of the German girls' secondary school in Prague, 2.) German Association for Higher Girls' Education in Pilsen, 3.) Girls' Lyceal Association in Moravia Ostrau. I
