If this is not generally applicable with regard to the administrative reform under way (implementation of the protectorate authorities with German civil servants ), it is not particularly relevant with respect to the Ministry of Education and People's Culture, which supervises the school system, which is occupied in all important key positions with Germans (German section heads, German President). 5.)
