English Translation
In December 1938, Dr. Pražak was sent to the Ministry of Justice for use without any remuneration for a year. On 31 August, as Secretary of the Supreme Court, he gave up his position and resigned from the state service. According to a communication from the Bureau of the Ministry of Justice to the Presidium of the Supreme Court in Prague dated 29 August 194o, Dr. Pražak was to be employed at the Centrokooperativa on 1 September l940, so his retirement from the state service would have been due to this new employee engagement. However, it is not clear from the events whether this was actually the case. Dr. Josef Pražak's current stay and the current occupation of Dr. Joseph PražAK, born in May 3, 2007, is still under investigation, after which I will be informed unrequested.
