From the presidential file of the Presidium of the Higher Regional Court in Prague it is apparent that JUDr. Josef pražak, born ll.3.07 in Bauschenhof (Polish District of Königgrätz) with effect from 1.7. 34 was appointed to the board of the district court in Rokitnitz in the Adlergebirge. P. started his service at the district judge's office in RoKitnitz on 24.9.1934.
