If, in spite of these measures, sabotage takes place, the place or territory concerned will be excluded from the national food allocation and supply, and the population will be responsible for the famine that will then occur in the area. The Czech population must be made aware of the seriousness of this situation by all appropriate means. District heads and possibly appropriate associations must immediately be instructed to carry out the "harvest protection" assistance. X
