He gives detailed instructions for sabotage files in all areas.It has been established that the Czech population in various areas of the Protectorate – until now all but to a small extent – has complied with such requests of the Moscow station.In recent days, the Czech peasantry in particular has been called upon not to deliver agricultural products, to hide, to harvest, etc. In order to avoid further sabotage plans, the Protectorate has been instructed to set up immediately a "Czech crop protection aid" in all the agricultural areas of the Protectorates in order to ensure the proper recovery of the harvest. The men of the crop protection aid must be recruited from the rural areas and, if necessary, by means of a system of air protection which is now in place in the cities.
