9 fruit trees. Along the district road, which crosses the fields, there are fruit trees, mainly plums, which could already be replaced by new trees, their value is included in the basic price. Hop garden. On the field, which is the furthest away from the farm, stands next to the irrigated vegetable field of the hop garden, which occupies a surface of 4,80 ha. A total of 380 shock hop plants are present, but 30 shocks must remain uncultivated due to the ordered restring of hops. The plant is now 25 years old, yet the woods and wires are in a bad order, so that the hop garden facility has to be evaluated with 30 % of the purchase price of 8l.000 K, i.e. with 24,300 K, which price is to be added to the soil value. The nor- mal new purchase price of 1 ha hop garden occasionally resulted in a precise calculation in l934 at 26,00 K for the bare facility. The price would be even higher today, but it has to be excluded from economic influences, moreover the age of the plant requires a substantial depreciation, which was also taken into account in the evaluation. The yield was 62 dz hops in the previous year. In the event of an equally good harvest in terms of quantity and, above all, quality, and taking into account the absence of the harvest of 30 decommissioned shock, hops may be expected to have a harvest of 56dz of hops this year. At a price of 2,00 K per dz, the gross yield would be 112,000 K, but at least 50,000 K of which are to be billed for directing expenses, so that a pure yield of 62,00 k would remain. These figures were used to calculate the harvest value, but can of course change, since on the day of the visit of the hops only began to bloom and had not yet been sprayed against pests.
