Dissolution of the foundation. §9 On amendments to the statutes, the chairman decides on the dissolution of the Foundation. Decisions which have as their object an amendment of the purpose of the Foundation or its dissolution require the approval of the Lord Reichsprotector in Bohemia and Moravia. § 10 When the Foundation is dissolved, the assets are transferred to the Deutscher Reichsverein für Volkspflege und Siedlerhilfe E.v. zu Berlin. 21
