On Wednesday, August 2nd 1940, a visit to the farm Vochov 6 near Pilzen by Dipl.Ldw. von Minckwitz and Dipl.Ing.Tilscher took place. It was first negotiated with Ms. Therese Výšek, born Puhmann, who was 83 years old, in the presence of her l9-year-old son Josef. She was questioned about the complaints she had brought against the owner of the farm, Mr. Josef Maleč. Mrs V. could only suggest that the calculation of the naturalities,as far as they are paid in cash, is too small for her, but that she can no longer remember most of the circumstances of her complaint. She is old and no longer knows, for example, what she had received on the last day. her son, to receive any positive information, could not be made by her further statements. She lives in a very clean room and sdeint a lack in any way not to suffer. On the basis of the book nad presented to us, Mr Maleč has pointed out that he complies with his obligations as far as they are permitted by law. As far as the deliveries would be contrary to the law, the relevant benefits in kind will be paid in cash and that the cash payment will be calculated according to the prices of the individual services from the farm.
