32 Fellow citizens ! The new Government of the Protectorate has taken the lead in autonomous administration with the will to serve the nation and Reich. Reorgaisation of the public administration, corresponding to the nature and practical needs of the administration, is one of the means for public administration under the leadership of the government to function quickly, professionally and economically. The new government is aware of its responsibilities. At the interface of the ages that the whole world passes, it is necessary to realize the meaning of the new era, to make a clear decision, not to look back and get to work for a new life. By involving the Czech countries into the Reich, our state-right position has been decided. Historical development, geographical location and autism and European arrangement order the integration of the Czech nation into the framework of the Great German Empire. By establishing the Protectorate, we have been given the opportunity to correct ourselves in accordance with the interests of the Empire and thus to determine our own destiny. Not only for leadership, but for the whole Czech race, it is important what the position of Czech nation in the Reich and in the new Europe will be. We are just witnessing how numerously high costs that have lost the will to live and internally decompose the un-power for creative work are losing by their own guilt after-- ./.
