Much has already happened in this direction with the help of the Empire. However, many things still have to be rebuilt so that both the individual and all the factors, organs and institutions of public life serve the unified and disciplined whole of the people as well and with the greatest success as possible. The protectorate government wants to lead to this goal and builds on the help and understanding of the whole Czech people. The Czech people want to join those people who are working on the new European order. It has a safe way here within the framework of the empire, whose part it is.
