29 The inability to create work inwardly decomposes, loses its position by its own fault, and, as on the other hand, by its healthy strength and energetic activity, by those who don't pay to become co-creators of the new order of Europe. The Czech people, although small in number, but laborious, insidious and skillful, to whom the advance gave a beautiful and rich country to the homeland, cannot and must not be a people who would miss out on their own fate. After the bitter experiences of the last few years, the Czech people had the choice not to fall prey to corruption or to seek a new and better life. There is no doubt that the Czech people in their majority have long since decided not to look backwards, not to sit on two armchairs, but to build up their better future in the context of the Great German Empire through honest work. In this determination, the Czech people must not allow themselves to be penetrated by anyone at all. Those who have fled abroad and have let the people pass their fate in the most difficult times have neither the right nor the moral legitimacy to intervene in our internal affairs in any form. The position of the Czech people is already decided and the Czech nation will take care of its own future. The government of the Protectorate rejects the entire activity of Czech emigration and definitely rejects it. At the same time, it calls on every Czech, in his own and in the interests of the people, to take all attempts by the Czech emigration to disturb the disciplined home front,
