The decree reads: "The supply situation in vegetables no longer permits the supply of the Wehrmacht. As of now, no reference instructions for fresh vegetables, dried vegetables and preserved vegetables, including sauerkraut and cucumbers, are to be issued for the Wehrmacht." Thus, the 3.5 wagons of vegetables stored in Austerlitz were immediately available and otherwise available. On the basis of this decree by the German Ministry of State, GEBIFA suggested that the 3.5 wagons of vegetables be loaded from Austerlitz to Moravian Ostrava. In addition, a letter was sent to GEBIFA by the Land Authority on two telephone requests, according to which the Land Office agreed to the request for the transfer. However, since the Association is solely responsible for the supply of the civilian population for the gardening and viticulture industry in Prague and can only make the same changes in the quantities of vegetables stored and the copy sent to GEBIFA by the Association to the State Authority showed that the blame was on GEBIBA and that the Association of the Market was apparently willing to intervene, it was informed by the State Agency that further instructions from the Association had to be awaited. At the end of December, the head of the district Folta from Brümn took part in these negotiations only with regard to the question of whether carriages of vegetables stored in Brno should be sent to Moravia. Ostrau. He had first called the President of the State of Lithuania and asked him to stop the dispatch of vegetables from Brno to Moravian Ostrava. It seems that the head of the district from the German Landzentrale, director Esser, of the project of GEBIFA to ship several wagons from Brno to Moravia Ostrau, was informed with the remark that this could endanger the supply of the Germans in Brno. I have not been aware of any threats to the head of the circle that he would like to prevent shipment by any means available to him. The head of a circle has also expressly declared to the Head of the Directorate-General Lindemann that any influence on the storage of vegetables in Brno had not taken place.
